Utilising modern equipment, and a robust safety briefing (don’t worry it doesn’t take long!), we make sure that you and your guest's safety is paramount so that everyone can fun.

• Confidence in the kit. We use top of the line, sports grade equipment at every booking that is regularly checked for integrity. We always carry a first aid kit in the rare case of injury.

• Confidence in the staff. All our staff are trained in how to properly deliver the safety briefing to ensure you and your guests are safe while having fun.

• Confidence in the briefing. We have a robust safety briefing which is delivered at every booking. This covers how to properly wear and use the equipment and the important rules to follow.

Our booking process starts by getting in contact with us through our email: info@get-medieval.co.uk, or through our contact form. Once you've done that we get back to you as soon we can. Working together we make sure all the details are confirmed (such as participant numbers, options, address, phone number etc.) and once a small deposit has been paid be rest assured that we will show up on time and be ready to give you a day you won't soon forget.

Yes! In fact, it's encouraged.

Our parties accommodate up to 20 guests so there is more than enough kit to get parents and guardians involved, bigger bookings might require some kit swapping.

‘Fit for everyone!’, writes an anonymous knight from Denney Abbey and we agree! Get Medieval’s activities are fit for almost all ages (sword fighting is limited to ages 6+) and definitely all abilities. We’re proud to accommodate those with disabilities, or those worried about their physical health. We've worked with children with autism, ADHD, and cerebral palsy and parents were ecstatic to see the engagement and dedication they saw in their children.

Simply email info@get-medieval.co.uk. We strive to respond within 1 working day. Always feel free to contact us about anything relating to your booking, this includes before and after! Special requests are always considered.

If, for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking then simply get in contact with us at info@get-medieval.co.uk.

As long as you cancel 48 hours before your booking then you will be entitled to a full refund. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances then please let us know and we will be happy to work it out with you.
